Here is a photo from Stowe.com Wednesday October First.
The color is coming strong and will likely peak in the next week in our northern mountains. As for best viewing, we need to get rid of the clouds. This will be a slow process. The temperatures high in the sky are dropping rapidly. Rain may change to snow in the mountains of Vermont Thursday.
Snow & Foliage photos added Friday Oct 3.
Look what landed in my garden today.
